This heated boiler emergency shower with combined ABS eye shower features a 300 litre cylinder in which the water is continuously maintained at 65°C-70°C by using a 3kW heating element. By adding cold water and using 2 thermostatic mixing valves (one for the plens shower and one for the eye shower), a usage water temperature of e.g. 23°C is created for both the emergency shower and eye shower.

The splash shower at the top consists of stainless steel 316 water pipes surrounded by electrical tracing, insulation and an outer casing in polyethylene. The splash shower is activated by a pull handle. The frost-free ABS eye shower with flow regulator is activated by opening the lid.

The inner water pipes are made of stainless steel 316. The outer casing is made of fibreglass-reinforced polyester. The pictograms applied are in accordance with the international standard. The cylinder emergency shower is frost-proof down to -25 °C, but is also available in a non frost-proof version for indoor installation. This boiler emergency shower is available for ATEX ZONES 1&2 and NOT ATEX ZONES.
