An emergency shower, possibly combined with an eye shower, is a shower placed in the workplace, in the immediate vicinity of a place where there is a risk of people coming into unwanted contact with a lot of heat, fire, chemicals or other hazardous substances.
How does an emergency shower work?
An emergency shower, possibly combined with an eye shower, is easily and quickly activated by a single action. The emergency shower is activated with a pull handle. The eye shower with a push lever or by opening a lid if the eye shower is fitted with a lid with lid activation. After use, the user should close the emergency shower and eye wash manually. Additionally an activation pedal can be mounted for both the emergency shower and eyebath.
